Casa Palladio is an ambitious response to lot size and development covenants resulting in a classic presentation of an Italian villa.  At 7,100 SF of conditioned space, the symmetrical facade shows a traditional balance of wall to window. The stucco elevation and tile roof envelope 12 and 10 foot ceilings plus a double height formal living room in the center.  There are two Master Suites, two Guest Bedrooms ensuite, Exercise, and 19th hole with bar (see plans below).  A grand stairway rises over the entry door and up forming a bridge separating Foyer from Living.   A wine cellar is a focal point close to the double island Kitchen.  Master down, Living, Study, Family Room and Breakfast nook overlook views out from the back towards sea, mountain, or rolling golf course.  The convenient 4 car garages allow two entries into the home, one towards the Kitchen and the other directly into the Master closets which make for a private access and easy to negotiate luggage retrieval.  Spacious rooms throughout with large walk in closets and dynamic effects are set off with an elegant trim package (optional).  Special access from second floor 19th hole to media room in attic storage is possible over garage. (as is being currently built)

You may view this plan under construction at the exclusive Lake Nona golf community in Orlando by appointment and order the Permit Set plans for only $6,500.00 (order here).  We can develop an interior trim schedule for $900 more and provide customized interior finishes and furniture/ accessories (see Interior Design).

We may also revise the plans per your specifications at an hourly rate or can quote a fixed fee for changes.  The available set of plans is set up with an 8" block wall perimeter and wood framing for interior walls.
