The following luxury home designs are in development stages and are available either as schematics or Permit Set plans (see page bottom).  Works range from traditional Mediterranean, Tudor, Palm Beach, French Chateau, Federal, Low Country, and other period and transitional styles to high modern (see our Ultra Custom Services).  Our custom homes have luxury features in all sizes and styles.  Designed by  Architect John Henry AIA for World Class results.  if you wish we offer period style work with the minimum compromise.   European villas, manors and estates are our specialty.  We suggest vernacular architecture or historic designs complementary to your lifestyle and specifically planned for your site.  Classical architecture tends to subjugate environment to the building, while more contemporary designs attempt more organic solutions.

A beautiful group of English and French inspired projects will be built in Florida and Texas.  Stucco, brick and stone facades with varying rooflines per the period are offered here and in previous sections.  A grand statement normally involves symmetrical grouping at the front entry, but not in every case.  Roof pitch and materials, the detail at eaves and cornice, all combine to enrich and establish the period style.
